Terms of Service

Multi-Post is a social media management platform that allows users to connect multiple social media accounts, create and schedule content, automate posting workflows, and manage their social media presence from a single interface. We currently support TikTok with additional platforms planned.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may connect third-party social media accounts (e.g., TikTok) to Multi-Post. By doing so, you authorize us to access and act on your behalf in accordance with the permissions you grant during the OAuth authorization flow.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including platform-specific terms of service.
• Spam, harass, or impersonate other users or third parties.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without our express written consent.

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these policies without notice.

Some features of Multi-Post require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Provide accurate and complete billing information.
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for subscription fees.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or post through Multi-Post. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of service of any connected social media platforms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MULTI-POST AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may close your account through account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, without liability to you.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Multi-Post integrates with third-party services including TikTok, Google, and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
